Shipping time?

The standard shipping time with Australia Post is 2-3 business days.

Our time aims to send your orders on time, but deliveries may be delayed by Australia Post due to COVID-19. Australia Post is experiencing delays due to the high volume of parcels. As a result of this, Auspost is currently unable to guarantee delivery times that they can normally stick to.

If you have received a tracking number from us, this means your parcel is now with Australia Post and on its way to you.

We appreciate your patience and understanding at this time. Please stay at home and stay safe! 

Shipping cost?

We offer standard shipping for $7.95 or FREE shipping on all orders over $50.

Where do we ship?

At the moment we only ship to Australia.

What if my parcel does not arrive?

If you have not received your parcel within 10 business days from your order, please contact us through info@store.o-it.com.au

Can I pay with Visa or Mastercard?

Yes you can! We offer the option to pay with Visa or Mastercard via Paypal.

Can I pay with AfterPay?

We are working on having Afterpay as a payment option. We are expecting Afterpay to be a fully working payment method by mid 2020.

Where does my money go?

All the proceedings from O-it online store go back to charities. We want to help Australians in need and therefore we currently collaborate with Lifeline, Linkvision, Salvos, Vinnies and Save the Children in QLD.

What is the return policy in the O-it store?

In addition to your Statutory Rights, should you change your mind we will happily exchange or refund providing the following conditions have been met:

  1. The items with the original receipt are returned within 30 days of purchase.
  2. Items must be in original condition as purchased and all labels/tickets (if attached) should be still on them. Garments must not have been worn.
